The idea of Fit Squad Security originated in 2011 when its owner first obtained his SIA security license. Over the next five years, he gained hands-on security experience across various locations and sectors, including unarmed guard services, dog handling, CCTV operations, key holding, event security, concierge security, corporate security, and private home security for both private and professional clients throughout England.

During this time, the owner noticed that small businesses struggled to afford security services, while those who could pay were often charged high fees. Meanwhile, security guards were earning minimum wages, while companies were making significant profits. This realization sparked the owner’s vision of providing affordable security services where both clients and guards are treated with respect and value.

This vision led him to turn his business idea into reality, forming a dedicated team to meet the growing demand from clients. Today, Fit Squad Security is a team of ten committed employees, along with a large number of self-employed, SIA-qualified security guards, many of whom, like the owner, started in similar roles.

Fit Squad Security is dedicated not only to delivering top-tier security services to clients but also to supporting the livelihoods of all its staff.
